Hilonad is not a wallet provider, NFT marketplace, financial system, payments processor, or investment and profitability system.
While you are reading these Terms, Hilonad is an online gallery that sells designs inspired by ancient motifs.

Hilonad Account

If you are a user who registers for the service, you will create a personalized account with a valid email address and a password to use the service and receive messages from hilonad. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. Hilonad will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to
   create your account.
• You are solely responsible for your account and the activity that occurs while
  signed in to or while using account.

User Conduct

Hilonad reserves the right to take action with or without notice if we suspect that you have violated these terms or that you may use the platform for unlawful
conduct. This may include disabling or limiting your ability to use the service. you agree that you will not violate the Terms and that you are responsible for your
conduct. You also agree that you will not do the following activities:

2. Access the Service for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.
3. Use our service for any commercial purpose that is contrary to these Terms or our other rules.
4.  Use our service in any way that conflicts with our developer policies.

11.  Bypass or ignore instructions that control access to the service. Try to circumvent any limiting systems. Direct traffic through multiple IP addresses.

Ownership

Hilonad owns all the content provided by the services, including texts, images, logos, graphics, designs, videos and downloadable content. Copying or imitating them is not allowed.
